My name is Davida Gragor and I’m a marketing and communications professional with over a decade of experience, a brand strategist, speaker and general sassy pants.
Marketing, Communications, & Brand Strategist
I truly find passion in using my knowledge to teach other women to live their happiest, most successful lives through their business and brand.
THE LOWDOWN: I’m going to tell you about my story and how I found my passion and why I want to help YOU. My goal with this site is to offer tools to help you in business. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you’re not sure what step to take next, you feel like you’re not reaching your ideal audience, you’re spinning your wheels, or you just plain don’t know where to start: I want to work with you.
I believe that when Mindset (with a little sass) meets Strategy (and a bit of work) with Support (that’s me!) you get SUCCESS
THE STORY: I have over 10 years of experience as an executive in marketing, communications, and brand strategy. I’ve been responsible for multiple Oscar campaigns, helped win an Emmy, and have worked on over a dozen award-winning films and TV shows. Pretty good resume. On paper.
But way back (we’re talking pre-Britney meltdown) I was a makeup artist which I loved and was passionate about. And then I stopped. I lost sight of who I was, what I wanted to do in life, and how I wanted to serve others. Now I’ve found that again and I want to help you build your passion through your business using my background in business strategy, communications and branding.

“I was totally lost. I was overweight, in debt, and not happy. During our time together I had gained around 35 pounds, and given up the career I loved…”
“I started going to the gym, launched a blog, and regularly attended events for women in business. I loved being around like-minded positive women and I thrived on being a part of a community.”
THE JUICY BITS: Five years ago I broke up with my boyfriend of 9 years. I was 28, three months away from my 29th birthday and I hadn’t been single since I was in my teens (as in pre-Facebook, Twitter and definitely Instagram). I was totally lost. I was overweight, in debt, and not happy. During our time together I had gained around 35 pounds, and given up the career I loved doing makeup for a very stressful, but very successful job (a.k.a “Just Over Broke”) doing marketing to pay our bills. I’d removed myself from my friends and community support system and I was miserable.
All of sudden I was single, and I had no one. I mean literally no one. I had a few friends from work and I had family, and that was it.
For my birthday my roommate at the time tried to have a surprise party and three people showed up: my roommate, HER friend and one of my friends.
I started making changes in my life. I knew I was unhappy and began the journey to self-care.
I started going to the gym, launched a blog, and regularly attended meet up events for women in business. I loved being around like-minded positive women and I thrived on being a part of a community. Eventually, I started hosting my own events for women in business.
I decided my years of experience in marketing and communications were a gift I could share with other female entrepreneurs and began my business as a strategist and coach.
Empowering other women to be their best selves, excel in their business and find happiness is my passion. I get to teach and train and encourage others every day and I love it.
I’m here to work with you on your business and your brand, but to also provide you with that community I was searching for five years ago to support you through roadblocks, self-doubt and help you find clarity in your brand.
